Even the best quality rainwear can lose its original properties over time. In order for these types of clothes to last longer, it is necessary to keep them clean and impregnated on a regular basis. NIKWAX NI-12 impregnation will not only protect against soaking, but also support the breathable properties of the material.
When the rainwear starts to get soaked, there is no need to immediately replace the product with a new one, the water-repellent layer will be renewed by the NIKWAX NI-12 TX-Direct Wash-in impregnation. This measure increases the life of rainwear by renewing the DWR layer, and also supports breathability without changing the appearance or color of the garment. What is particularly important, the product was made on the basis of water, it is non-flammable, safe for the environment and the health of users. The impregnation is extremely easy to use, it can be used during hand washing and in a washing machine. It should not be combined with other detergents, and the clothing should be cleaned before impregnation (the manufacturer recommends Nikwax specialized agents).
NIKWAX NI-12 impregnation - how to use
Before washing in the washing machine, remove any detergent residues from the dispenser. Ideally, wash two items of clothing by pouring 200 ml of the detergent into the dispenser (100 ml for each item). When washing by hand, protect your hands with rubber gloves. For 1 item of clothing, use 50 ml of the impregnation in 6 liters of warm water, then mix it. Soak the product in water, leave it to soak and stir it several times so that the preparation spreads well over the clothes. Rinse in cold water.

2. How can I exchange my product?
Well the best way is to just purchase the one you like and shipp back the item that you don't like. We do not "exchange" products.
3. How long I have to wait to be refunded?
Usually we need 3-4 days to refund your order. Please be sure you filled in and attached your return form. It will make a huge difference for processing your refund.
4. Do I need original invoice to return my order?
Sure you do not! As long as you have an order number, return form or any other identifier for your order we will find you and we will refund you!
