How to measure yourself in the chest? Use a tailor's tape measure to measure the circumference of the fullest part of the chest. Take the measurement in underwear, a thin T-shirt, etc. - a thick sweatshirt may distort the result.

Take a tailor's tape measure and measure the circumference of your waist where you usually wear pants. Check whether the trousers you are viewing have waist adjustments or an elastic waist system and take this into account when measuring and selecting the sizes.

How to measure yourself in the hips? Some manufacturers give an additional value in the size charts - this is the circumference of the hips. Use a tailor's tape measure to measure the circumference at its widest point. Take the measurement in underwear - trousers, e.g. with holster pockets, may distort the result.

How to measure the length of the leg? Lay your pants flat and measure the distance from the crotch to the bottom of the leg with a tape measure or tape measure.
