It is an economical solution to protect against hazardous dusts such as asbestos fibers during site inspections. The suit tightly protects from the outside, and the breathable material allows air to pass through, reducing the growing feeling of warmth and discomfort. The material of the suit 4520 consists of 3 layers of polypropylene, made using the meltblown technology. Models 4530 and 4530+ consist of 3 layers of meltblown polypropylene sandwiched between 2 layers of spunbond polypropylene (SMMMS). They ensure very good air flow, better breathing, reduced feeling of heat and greater comfort. The 3 blown layers contain hot air that acts as a cover. 2 surrounding spunbond layers make the fabric soft and breathable. In the case of the 4530 model, an additional flame retardant coating guarantees limited protection against flames (according to EN533, clothing with a factor 1) when worn over a clothing with a factor 2 or 3. This extends the life of the protective clothing. In the 4530+ model, an additional alcohol and oil protection coating keeps the oil on the surface and prevents it from soaking up.
