Right to withdraw 

If you purchase products from BalticWorkwear, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract.

Right to withdraw notice

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. Time for withdrawing from the contract runs from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, who is not the carrier) came into possession of the product.

In order to use your right to withdraw from the contract, you must notify us of your decision in this matter Baltic Workwear sp. z o.o. st. You can also complete and send us the withdrawal form, or prepare and send any other declaration of will, also electronically, using the contact form on our website. If you take advantage of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) a confirmation of receipt of the statement. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, it is sufficient to send a notification of exercising this right before the deadline for withdrawing from the contract.

What happens after withdrawal from the contract?

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, BalticWorkwear is obliged to immediately, but not later than within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the statement, return all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs that may arise in connection with the choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest ordinary delivery method we offer). We use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we explicitly agree with you on a different means of payment.

We will bear the costs of returning the products in the case of shipments from the country where we delivered these products, if you use the return form and the services of the carrier indicated by BalticWorkwear in the return form or otherwise indicated by BalticWorkwear in connection with the return. Otherwise, you must bear the return shipping costs yourself.

You are responsible for the decrease in the value of the item as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. In order to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can normally open or unpack the package to check the characteristics and functioning of the item and examine it in a manner customary in stationary stores.

You can, for example, put on shoes and walk around the house in them. However, going out in these shoes to work will be considered by us as exceeding the use necessary to check the properties of the item.
