Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing products at Baltic Workwear you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Information on the right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period runs from the day on which you take possession of the product (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier).

You may also complete and send us an electronic withdrawal form or any other written statement. If you use this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt without delay (e.g. by e-mail). It is sufficient to send the notification before the 14-day period expires.
What happens after withdrawal?
💳 Refund of payment
Baltic Workwear will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
📦 Return shipping costs
We will cover the return shipping costs if you use the return form and the carrier indicated by Baltic Workwear. Otherwise, you will bear the return shipping costs yourself.
⚠ Liability for the product
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Example: you may put on a pair of shoes and walk around the house in them. However, wearing them to work would be considered use beyond what is necessary to check the properties of the goods.

We provide a model withdrawal form and an electronic return form – their use is entirely voluntary.
