What is the complaint process like? +
If you are a registered user, you can submit a complaint with the electronic complaint form available above.
Do I have to send the product back or can I return it in a physical store? +
You can send the product to our warehouse or return it for complaint in one of our physical stores. Most complaints are handled electronically based on photos – without sending the product back.
How long does a complaint take? +
Usually you will receive a reply on the same day we receive the electronic complaint. For traditional complaints (sending the product), allow time for warehouse processing – maximum 14 days.
Do I need to keep the original packaging or box? +
No – you can return the product for complaint without the original packaging.
Do I need the original proof of purchase to file a complaint? +
No – an order confirmation or other documents confirming the purchase are sufficient. A receipt or invoice is not required.
