Thanks to our cooperation with GLS and InPost, right after your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number and the current shipment status. You can check the status of your delivery at any time.

• in the email sent by Balticbhp.pl after your parcel has been shipped,
• in the message from the courier company sent after your shipment has been registered in their system,
• in your customer account under the Order history tab. Open the order you want to check and go to the carrier section.

Your country's native carrier: Please check you e-mail for detailed information. You will receive two messages from our logistics partner Packeta - first with Packeta internal tracking number. Second - with your carrier tracking number and link to your tracking.
