Misguided purchase? Wrong size? You have up to 101 days to change your decision! All Baltic Workwear customers benefit from the statutory 14-day right to withdraw from their order.

Baltic Club members (registered customers) can return their order within 101 days. Please remember not to remove tags and keep the original packaging if you wish to use the extended return policy. We do not collect cash-on-delivery packages.

We process your return in our warehouse and verify the condition of the item.

We issue a credit note and refund your money – usually within 3–4 days.

Returns FAQ

Do you offer free returns? +
Yes! You can use our GLS return portal to return your item free of charge.
How can I exchange my product for a different size or colour? +
The easiest way is to place a new order for the item you need and return the one you don't want. We'll handle it super fast. Please note we do not offer direct goods-for-goods exchanges.
How long do I have to wait to be refunded? +
Usually 3–4 days after we receive your return. Make sure you fill in and attach your return form – it makes a huge difference for processing speed.
How will I get refunded? +
We refund your order the same way you paid. If you paid cash on delivery, we'll refund the money to the bank account provided in the return form.
Can my return be rejected? +
Your refund will never be rejected if you comply with the statutory 14-day withdrawal terms or our 101-day return policy.

How can I return my product?

Use our free GLS return portal – the quickest and easiest option:

Generate your free return label via the GLS portal. Drop your parcel at any GLS parcel shop. Delivery to our warehouse usually takes 1–2 business days. Keep your receipt.
