But that's not all we have for you. If you are a Baltic Club member (you have a customer account in our shop) you can return your order within 101 days! Please remember to not remove tags and keep original packaging if you wish to use 101 days right to return.

1. Do you offer free returns?
Yes! You can use our GLS return portal to return your item. It's free if you use it.
2. How can I exchange my product?
We are happy to shipp a new item to you when in size or color that you really need. Easiest way is to order new item and return the one you don't like. We will handle it super fast. But we do not "exchange goods".
3. How long I have to wait to be refunded?
Usually we need 3-4 days to refund your order. Please be sure you filled in and attached your return form. It will make a huge difference for processing your refund.
4. How will I get refunded?
We will refund your order the same way as you paid for your order. If you paid at delivery we will refund money to the bank account mentioned in return form.
5. Can my return be rejected?
Your refund will never be rejected if you are in compliance with statutory 14 days withdrawal terms or our 101 days return policy.
