Nikwax Basefresh care agent is designed for use with technical underwear made of materials such as merino wool or Coolmax®, as well as many other materials used in the production of thermal underwear. Perfectly refreshes and effectively removes unpleasant odors, preventing their rapid formation. In addition, it softens fabrics and gives them a pleasant softness, significantly increasing the comfort of wearing. The preparation also accelerates the drying process of clothing, which has a positive effect on the comfort of wearing it during intense physical effort. It perfectly affects the fibers of the material, maintaining their maximum breathability. It also protects underwear from easy soiling. Nikwax Basefresh can be used with standard cleaners, eliminating the need for two separate wash cycles. The package contains 300 ml of the preparation.

1. Do you offer free returns?
Yes you can return product using free return label or send your parcel to our natonal warehouse in your country.
2. How can I exchange my product?
Well the best way is to just purchase the one you like and shipp back the item that you don't like. We do not "exchange" products.
3. How long I have to wait to be refunded?
Usually we need 3-4 days to refund your order. Please be sure you filled in and attached your return form. It will make a huge difference for processing your refund.
