The procedure for preparing the package for return

Please make sure that you have entered the correct details in your customer account. If information such as an address and bank details needs to be corrected, please do so before sending the return.

Pack the returned product in the transport packaging (cardboard box, foil packet), attach all accessories that were attached to the product.

Print the return card and insert it into the package.

Describe the package in detail "Balticbhp.pl Returns Department", put the return number on the package (you will find it in the customer's account in the product returns tab).

Please make sure you enter the correct account number for the return. If you provide an incorrect account number, we will make a transfer to the account provided in the electronic form.

Secure the parcel in such a way that it reaches us safely without damage. You will avoid unnecessary delays in processing your return.

Choose the way you want to send the parcel back to us: a. You send the parcel at your expense by any carrier, b. You use the portal www. Szybkiezwroty.pl and you return the product via parcel lockers.

Send the parcel with the confirmation of postage (or the return code to parcel machines).

I sent the return, according to the tracking history, the package is already delivered to the recipient. Why haven't I received my refund yet?

Our warehouse accepts returns on a regular basis. Remember, however, that the tracking history of the package provided by the carrier does not always match the actual delivery process. There are shipments where the delivery history shows the status "delivered", while the package has been lost. If you have not received any notification within 7 days of sending the product back, please contact us and inquire about the status of the return.

I have received confirmation of the return from Balticbhp but I still do not have money in my account. What should I do?

If the return has been accepted by us and you have not received the refund after 3-4 business days, check your e-mail and text messages. We probably lack the required information to process your return.
