  1. We measure the insole with a rigid ruler, flat from the front edge to the edge of the insole behind the heel.
  2. The insole should not be measured with a flexible measuring tape, and the measuring tape should not be pressed and flexed to match the curve of the insole.
How do I choose the length of the insole?
  1. Place the measuring tape on the floor and place your foot on it. Measure the length of your foot.
  2. Add 0.5 cm of space required for comfortable work to the obtained measurement.
