Painter's week at Balticbhp.pl - competition regulations

RULES OF THE PAINTER WEEK COMPETITION AT BALTICBHP.PL

1. The organizer of the competition called "The painter's week at Balticbhp.pl", hereinafter referred to as the "Competition", is Baltic Enterprise sp. Z o.o. sp. k., at ul. Gen. Grota Roweckiego 11 67-100 Nowa Sól, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000623576 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
2. The competition runs from October 15, 2018 to October 19, 2018, and will be adjudicated on October 20, 2018.
3. The competition participant may be a natural person or legal persons or other entities without legal personality.
4. The competition will select the best photos showing the participants during their painting work.
5. The competition will evaluate:

   - compliance with the theme of the competition

   - ingenuity and creativity

6. The participant may submit his work in the competition by posting it in the commentary to the fanpage post on the Facebook portal (balticenterprise, Balticbhp Poznań, Baltic Enterprise Lubin, Professional workwear), or by sending a photo to marketing@balticenterprise.pl
7. When evaluating the competition photos, the organizer will be guided by his discretion, taking into account the criteria of creativity, sensitivity, inventiveness and originality.
8. If the image of people has been recorded in the photo submitted for evaluation in the competition, the participant of the competition declares that he has the written consent of these people to make it public. The Participant is obliged to release the Organizer from any liability for infringement of the rights to the image of people recorded in the photos.
9. By submitting a photo to the Competition, the participant declares that he has the copyrights and the necessary approvals to publish the submitted photos.
10. Prizes in the competition will be awarded to the 3 participants who will receive the highest score for the photos sent. The prizes in the competition are: for the first place - a gift set (lanyards, key ring, printed T-shirt, printed bag, cap with embroidery) + bluetooth speaker, for the second and third place - a gift set.
11. Complaints related to the competition may be submitted in writing to the Organiser's address or via e-mail to marketing@balticenterprise.pl
12. By completing the Form and entering the Competition, the Participants consent to the processing of the personal data provided by the Organizer for purposes related to the Competition, including for the purpose of selecting and announcing winners, awarding prizes, issuing, receiving and accounting for the prizes. Providing the data required for this purpose by the Regulations is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Competition and receive the prize.
13. The Organizer is the administrator of the personal data of the Competition Participants.
14. The administrator provides Participants with the right to access and correct their personal data, as well as to request the cessation of data processing. Personal data will not be shared with entities other than those indicated in the Regulations.
15. Any disputes arising from the application of these regulations and the course of the competition will be settled by the common court.
