How do we measure the insole?
  1. We measure the insole with a rigid ruler, flat from the front edge to the edge of the insole behind the heel.
  2. The insole should not be measured with a tape measure, a flexible measuring tape, and the measuring tape should not be pressed against the insole's curve.
  3. The dimensions in the table are given for measuring from edge to edge of the insole.

How to choose the length of the insole?
  1. Put the measuring tape on the floor and place your foot on it. Measure the length of your foot.
  2. Add 0.5 cm of working clearance required for comfortable work to the obtained measurement.
