Esbit VF1000SC Sculptor Vacuum Flask is made of high quality 18/8 double-walled stainless steel. It is 100% hermetic and very durable, and thanks to the powder-coated coating, it gives a firm grip even when wearing work gloves. It has great thermal properties. It allows you to keep your favorite hot or cold drinks at the optimal temperature for a long time. The thermos has 2 cups - a standard cup holding about 154 ml and a lid, which is also a mug and holds about 285 ml. This model has a screw cap, which is a practical "twist and pour" closure. Perfect as a thermos for coffee or tea, but it can also be used in summer for cool drinks. The capacity of the thermos is 1 l. Yes you can return product using free return label or send your parcel to our natonal warehouse in your country.
2. How can I exchange my product?
Well the best way is to just purchase the one you like and shipp back the item that you don't like. We do not "exchange" products.
3. How long I have to wait to be refunded?
Usually we need 3-4 days to refund your order. Please be sure you filled in and attached your return form. It will make a huge difference for processing your refund.
4. Do I need original invoice to return my order?
Sure you do not! As long as you have an order number, return form or any other identifier for your order we will find you and we will refund you!
