Stretch is a material that has been taking the workwear market by storm for some time. What is? What is behind its success? Why is it worth considering the purchase of products containing stretch materials?

What exactly is stretch?

Stretch is nothing but a type of fabric. Its origins date back to the eighties, when new solutions were searched for on the clothing market. Its main feature is already contained in the name - this material is simply stretchy. Most often, a specific mixture of various fabrics with elastic properties - such as polyamide or elastane - is used for its production and combines it into one whole. Depending on the final application and the fabrics used, stretch may have a different structure. It can be bidirectional (stretches in one plane) or four-way (it will stretch in length, width and also diagonally).

Clothes containing stretch are characterized by exceptional stretchability and fit to the body - trousers without it practically fall out of the competition. Moving in them adds comfort - they do not pinch, do not disturb, do not require adjusting all activities to them. Why? Because they adapt to the user.
