Welcome to the first episode of our new series in the series "Baltic visits you at the construction site". Today we are visiting Damian from Magma, but before we go to the construction site - a little shopping at BalticBHP.

Then we go straight to the construction site. We visit Damian at the construction site.

I: Hi Damian.

D: Hi.

I: What does your company do and how did you end up in the finishing industry in general?

D: The company deals with renovation, finishing and electrical installations. These are the three members that we are leading. Additionally, i.a. Smart homes, but this is more of a hobby than the main activity. How did we hit? All in all, it started with electrical installations, it was the first thing I really started doing 12 years ago, and that's what I trained. In this I was perfecting myself until reaching a certain level - it seems to me that we are probably on such a good level, because maybe not the best - because there are no perfect and best people - but what we do, we do it well.

I: And the finishing touches have become a passion?

D: Being a finisher or a builder is probably even a lifestyle. It seems to me that this is a specific environment and it is also fun that we have the opportunity to do many interesting things. It's not that we stand on the tape and pat one and the same thing, but in fact we face various difficulties, problems at construction sites, with bigger and smaller ones every day. There are smaller projects, larger projects, more demanding, less demanding, so in fact, with each project we are not able to fully predict everything, there is no template that is one and the same and we know that here it will be so, yes and so and it will not be otherwise.

I: Why work clothes from BalticBHP?

D: We trust high-end products and we stick to it. I don't think we will leave them anymore, we felt this comfort.

I: There is no such step backwards.

D: Well, there is no point in going back. We have already moved forward and we are walking along this path. It is the same as with tools. We will not go back anymore, but we are going all the time this way of tools from the top shelf, just like clothes.
