Important when choosing the size of clothing

How to measure yourself in the chest? Use a tailor's tape measure to measure the circumference of the fullest part of the chest. Take the measurement in underwear, a thin T-shirt, etc. - a thick sweatshirt may distort the result.

How to measure yourself at the waist? Forget about measuring with a tape measure, unfortunately it will not work. Take a tailor's tape measure and measure the circumference of your waist where you usually wear pants. How to measure yourself in the hips? Some manufacturers give an additional value in the size charts - this is the circumference of the hips.
