SR 294 przeznaczony do ochrony dróg oddechowych przed parami i gazami organicznymi, kwaśnymi i gazami nieorganicznymi. Pochłaniacz z węglem aktywnym stosowany jest wszędzie tam, gdzie ochrona przeciwpyłowa jest niewystarczająca. Pochłaniacz może być stosowany z maskami i półmaskami Sundstrom Sr 100, Sr 200, Sr 900, Sr 90. W przypadku dodatkowe występowania zapylenia w miejscu pracy, pochłaniacz należy połączyć z filtrem przeciwpyłowym P3 Sr 510. Dodatkowo polecamy stosowanie filtrów wstępnych Sr 221, w celu ochrony pochłaniacza przed zapyleniem.
