Nikwax Down Wash Direct removes dirt and restores the properties of down, ensuring a longer life for your equipment.
Nikwax Down Wash Direct® has been optimized for the care of down clothing and equipment. Its special formula cleans effectively, renewing the insulating properties and waterproofness of fabrics. This product protects against moisture and ensures optimal conditions of use in various weather conditions.
How to use Nikwax Down Wash liquid for washing down clothing?
- Before throwing it into the washing machine, remove all possible elements from clothing and empty pockets,
- make sure that the washing machine is thoroughly rinsed to remove any remaining powders,
- if the clothes are heavily soiled, apply Down Wash directly to the stains before washing,
- pour 100 ml of Down Wash into the washing machine dispenser,
- place a maximum of two pieces of clothing in the washing machine and do not add other detergents,
- wash according to the instructions on the label, using low temperature and slow speed.
- After completing the wash cycle, remove excess water.
- hang the clothes/product to dry, you can use a tumble dryer.

1. Do you offer free returns?
Yes you can return product using free return label or send your parcel to our natonal warehouse in your country.
2. How can I exchange my product?
Well the best way is to just purchase the one you like and shipp back the item that you don't like. We do not "exchange" products.
3. How long I have to wait to be refunded?
Usually we need 3-4 days to refund your order. Please be sure you filled in and attached your return form. It will make a huge difference for processing your refund.
4. Do I need original invoice to return my order?
Sure you do not! As long as you have an order number, return form or any other identifier for your order we will find you and we will refund you!
