The Nite Ize CamJam XT Aluminum Rope Tightener is made of durable die-cast aluminum with a stainless steel fastener. It has been designed for easy, safe and quick tensioning of lines. It allows you to achieve high tension without unnecessary knots. It features a cam locking mechanism to secure, tension and connect ropes. All you have to do is pull the rope through the mechanism. Adjustment and release of tension is done simply by turning the cam lock lever. The CamJam XT Aluminum Rope Tightener comes with two attachment methods. It can be used as a tensioner, e.g. for hanging and securing tarpaulins, banners, tent strings, etc. and as a loop adjustment.
