The upper of CAT Gravel boots is made of a combination of natural grain and nubuck leather - thanks to which it is resistant to moisture and dirt. The small number of elements makes the footwear easy to keep clean, and the solid seams increase its durability. The inner part of the upper is made of a breathable nylon mesh. The ergonomic shape of the upper (ERGO technology) and the profiling around the heel increase the comfort of using the footwear. Inside, the model is equipped with a removable EVA foam insert, which is characterized by flexibility and elasticity, ensuring excellent cushioning, and at the same time has antibacterial properties and wicks moisture away. The construction of the metatarsus made of a compressed polyurethane insert ensures that the shoe does not deform and retains its cushioning properties for longer.

Cat Gravel safety boots meet ST S3 HRO SRC protection class in accordance with EN ISO 20345: 2011. For the necessary protection, the footwear is equipped with an anti-puncture insole and a steel toe cap resistant to impacts up to 200 J. The outer sole is made of T200 SRX rubber, it is non-slip, stable even on uneven surfaces, and also resistant to short-term exposure to high temperatures. Thanks to the use of Ultra Duty technology, it is a model for the most difficult conditions - the sole is glued and sewn, the toe and heel area is reinforced, the shoe is puncture resistant, and all these excellent properties are combined with a classic, almost civilian design.
